Since the beginning of this year, the whole city has made remarkable progress by racing against time and making every effort to promote the implementation of various projects. As of May 8, 379 key projects in the city have started or resumed work, with a resumption rate of 69.4% and a total investment of RMB 149.9 billion yuan. There are 104 newly launched projects (including 92 projects under the program of "100-day campaign"), with a launch rate of 40.9% and a total investment of RMB 16.83 billion yuan; and 275 resumption projects, with a resumption rate of 94.2% and a total investment of RMB 133.07 billion yuan.

　　In this year, it is anticipated that 550 key projects will be put into implementation, each with an investment of over RMB 5 million yuan. Up to now, 546 projects have been reported, with a total investment of RMB 270.69 billion yuan, including 254 new projects (with a total investment of RMB 133.71 billion yuan) and 292 ongoing construction projects (with a total investment of RMB 136.98 billion yuan). In addition, there are 222 projects with total investment of RMB 259.96 billion yuan, each with an investment of over RMB 100 million yuan. Among them, there are 74 newly planned projects (with a total investment of RMB 128.15 billion yuan) and 148 ongoing construction projects (with a total investment of RMB 131.81 billion yuan. At present, 161 projects have started or resumed work, with an operation rate of 72.5%. Among them, 20 new projects have been started, with the operation rate of 27%; 141 projects have been resumed, with the resumption rate of 95.3%. There are 324 projects with total investment of RMB 10.73 billion yuan, each with an investment of less than RMB 100 million yuan. Among them, there are 180 newly planned projects (with a total investment of RMB 5.56 billion yuan) and 144 ongoing construction projects (with a total investment of RMB 5.17 billion yuan). Up to now, 218 projects have started or resumed work, with an operation rate of 67.3%. Among them, 84 new projects were started, with an operation rate of 46.7%; 134 projects were resumed, with a resumption rate of 93.1%.

　　Areas where the project operation rate and resumption rate are higher than the city average include: Xingcheng City (91.9%), Huludao Economic Development Zone (90.9%), High-Tech Zone (76.9%), Suizhong County (72.8%) and Yangjiagangzi Economic Development Zone (71.4%).
