For the further implementation of "project is king"and acceleration of the development of high quality, Yang Junsheng, vice secretary of municipal party committee and mayor, visited China Steel Extensive Technology Group on July 29 in Beijing, and met with responsible people in Hengkun Group and Wangku Group,which promoted JianChang and Xing-cheng key investment project.  Dong Dapeng, secretary-general of the municipal government, participated in the promotion activities.  

　　Yang Junsheng met with Zhao Zhilin, chairman of Hengkun Group, in Liaoning Building where he promoted the project of nanometer calcium carbonate base with annual output of 1 million tons. Yang Junsheng said, Hengkun Group, as an enterprise of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, has a good foundation of cooperation. We hoped that we could extend the industrial chain, promote deep processing, strengthen innovation drive, ensure environmental protection and energy consumption of the double standard, so as to promote all kinds of efficient utilization of resources, to promote the integrated industrial structure adjustment, and make positive contributions to the development of the city's high quality.  At the same time, the relevant departments of the city and county should strengthen communication with enterprises, do a good job in tracking services, improve the conditions required for project landing as soon as possible, and accelerate the implementation of the project.   

　　In Wangku Group, Yang Junsheng and his delegation visited the exhibition center and communicated with Wang Haibo, founder and chairman of Netbank Group promoting the implementation of the Project of Huludao Industry Internet Headquarters Park in Jianchang as soon as possible.  Yang Junsheng said, Wangku Group, as the nation's largest item e-commerce platform, has a large cooperation space with Huludao.He hoped to find the real cooperationsurrounding the swimsuit, peanut and other characteristics of products and industrial manufactured goods, relying on therich network resources, technology and market of Wangku Group, developing platform economy, digital economy and headquarters economy,so as to promote the development of the whole industrial chain of characteristic industries, realize industrial digitization and digital industrialization, and play a positive role in building "digital Huludao".   

　　Later, Yang Junsheng and his delegation came to China Steel Research & Technology Group Co., Ltd. to discuss the promotion of Xingcheng Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park project.  Yang Junsheng said that we had a good industrial base in the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, petrochemical industry, equipment manufacturing and other fields. I hope we could seize opportunities and construct the most competitive and highly forward-looking leading effect of advanced equipment manufacturing industrial parkmake making full use of China Steel Research and Technology every aspect superiority, which could promote the city's "three big article"and provided strong support.  At the same time, the two levels of government should further strengthen the "four guarantee mechanism", consolidate the project management, and provide all-round guarantee for the project landing and construction.
