Responsibility

Be responsible for public security, judicial and other work; be in charge of Party building, construction of honest administration, and construction of business environment of the department; work related to environmental protection, safety production, stable petition, and epidemic prevention and control; Municipal Public Security Bureau and Judicial Bureau; assisting Wen Zhi in charge of the petition; connecting with the Municipal Court, Procuratorate, National Security Bureau, People’s Liberation Army stationed in Huludao, People’s Armed Police Force, and Maritime Police Bureau; other temporary tasks assigned by the Mayor.
