Liu Xiaodong, male, Han nationality, born in September 1976, holds a university degree and a master's degree in engineering, member of Communist Party of China(CPC). He is currently the Deputy Mayor of Huludao Municipal Government and a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Government.

Division of Work 

Responsible for human resources and social security, transportation, market supervision, port development and integration. Responsible for CPC Party Construction, construction of Party conduct and clean government, and business environment development to be conducted by the departments under his charge.Responsible for the work related to environmental protection, safety in production, handling of letters of complaint from the people and the calls they make to lodge complain, epidemic prevention and control in the area under his charge. In charge of Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Transportation Bureau (Port Office) and Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Office). Contacting the Municipal Postal Administration, Huludao Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. and Huludao Maritime Bureau. Completing the temporary tasks assigned by the Mayor.
