Li Yanchao, male, Han nationality, was born in LuoyangofHenan Province in April 1976. He participated inwork in August 1997 and joined the Communist Party of China（CPC） in December 2003. He graduated from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University with a master's degree in business administration.

Present Member of Standing Committee of Huludao Municipal CPC Committee and Deputy Mayor of Huludao Municipal Government (Temporary Appointment, holding a temporary leading post to gain experience)

Division of Work 

Responsible for industry and information technology, military-civilian integration, science and technology, management ofstate-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and other aspects of work. Responsible for CPC Party Construction, construction of Party conduct and clean government, and business environment development to be conducted by the departments under his charge.Responsible for the work related to environmental protection, safety in production, handling of letters of complaint from the people and the calls they make to lodge complain, epidemic prevention and control in the area under his charge. In charge of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of the Municipal Committee for the Integration of Military and Civilian Development, the Science and Technology Bureau (Bureau of Foreign Experts), the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission under the Municipal Government. Assisting Comrade Wen Zhi to take charge of management on safety in production of industrial enterprises, hazardous chemical enterprises. Contacting the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the Association of Senior Scientists and Technicians, the Chinese central State-owned enterprises in Huludao, the Municipal Tele-communications Management Office and the telecommunications operating companies, the Northeast China Petroleum Sales Huludao Branch, the China Petroleum Liaoning Huludao Sales Branch, the Huludao Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, the State Grid Huludao Power Supply Company.
